No, and I meant to note that with the posting, dammit. I tried everything I could to make it smaller, but I couldn't get it below 40KB without degrading the picture too much. So you can have it to keep but not use it as a userpic on LJ. If you like, I could make you one with a still shot of them kissing in place of the animated clip.
