House tonight

Although the icon makes it seem like I like Foreman more than I actually do - 'cause I don't like him at all right now. Nor the character apparently surgically attached to his face.
I thought the Priest plot was excellent in the way it illuminated House, Taub, and to a lesser extent Kutner. (Though I don't know why they had all the rigamarole about the AIDS test - hadn't they taken any blood from him? - would they need permission to perform a specific test?)
I thought the Cuddy/House/Wilson dance continued in a fascinating way. I can totally understand the conflicting feelings Cuddy had - House is such a big part of her life she wants him there - but he's such a total dick that she doesn't. And Wilson's Jiminy Cricket continues to amuse.
I liked the bits we got of Cam and Chase. I like the Cuddy bond with Cameron - it's nice to have two women be friends, although it would be nicer if they would have some conversations with one another that don't involve the subject of House. I liked Chase's attitude about Foreman/Thirteen and Cam's snarky reaction. The C/C relationship seems so real. Unlike another relationship I could name.
So I could have liked the episode if it weren't for that relationship, which is eating the show. Do the producers think people like this couple? Enough to root for Foreman to violate medical ethics, to think it's romantic for both of them to sacrifice of their jobs for twue love, to cheer for FOREMAN and THIRTEEN of all people to outsmart HOUSE?
If you could ask my sister, she would tell you that I totally called the last scene in House's office being a brilliant F/T plan to con House. I just can't believe the producers actually think anyone wants to watch them go there.
I don't know how much longer I'm going to be able to watch this. And for me to say that....it makes me sad.
