Three episodes of House in 8 days - I'm really glad I don't have to write long recaps like the TWOP people.

I don't know what it was, but I just couldn't get into the various religious debates in this episode - I think I'm all theological-argumented out because of SuperTuesday.  It's interesting that it took a religious element to get Chase back into the story, though.

PLUSES
All House/Wilson interaction.  (Hugh Laurie and Robert Sean Leonard were great.)   I like that, while the idea of Wilson crushing on House was joked about, it was never in the "Ew, gross" way, and that both of them seem to think there are psychologically valid arguments underpinning the idea.
Amber was agreeably complex.  I like her faults.  I get tired of the female characters who aren't allowed to have interesting ones (13!!!)
Although 13's new orientation does at least distinguish her from Cameron.  (I think I must have looked away for a minute, though - how did House and Foreman figure it out, again?)  I guess they didn't just make her gay to keep their shipper options open, but it's still some nice diversity.
I like still not knowing if Amber's on the level, if Wilson is, or if House can actually keep his head from exploding.  (He might say he's okay, but if Amber becomes Mrs. Wilson No. 4, watch out!!)
Excellent Wilson/Cuddy scene, though I'm not sure she's right about Amber.
Excellent use of Chase (NOT ENOUGH, THOUGH)  House's respect for Chase as a doctor really came through.  I was delighted when Chase left him flat-footed - and then also delighted when he came back with the great plan.  Chase is sneaky.  It is awesome.
No Cameron.

MINUSES
I think there are times when the religious debates would have appealed to me, but since I think they left some of the arguments on the floor, it was oddly unbalanced.  I mean, they're all so irreligious.  It was half an argument.  Probably they  needed more Chase.  Probably they always do.  *wink*
